lovely stay!
motion sensing light friendly staff helpful staff
This hotel is great and i loved the attention to detail. i found motion-sensing lights that activated in the bathroom. This was very helpful for those late-night visits! the staff was super friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed (they really know how to.
the valet parking fee was a bit high at $70 per night (i wish i knew that beforehand).

this hotels team makes you feel valued. the reservations staff are kind, and housekeeping is observant. the beds provide some of the best sleep while traveling. rooms create a 10/10 experience.
the hotel's air conditioning wasn't cool enough one evening. a technician addressed this, but i still felt a little warm upon returning later.

amazing experience
amazing staff quiet courtyard high quality service contemporary design
the staff was amazing and very helpful, so i felt welcomed. my room was very spacious and faces the courtyard. It was a very quiet and relaxing retreat. i enjoyed the high quality service and the perfect environment. the room had contemporary design and offered high comfort, and this.
the air conditioning was not working effectively, and the room remained warmer than i prefer it.

the junior suite had a king bed with soft, high thread count linens. the room featured blackout curtains that ensures a restful sleep. two separate sinks were included, and also rainfall shower.

underwhelming experience
light controls disengaged staff
the light controls stopped working the morning after i arrived. the television also malfunctioned after i tried using chromecast. the staff felt somewhat disengaged and unnatural in their interactions (i did not feel very welcomed).
